Camouflage Concert in Schwerin Canceled!

(2025/08/09) It is now official – our concert in Schwerin (DE) on Friday, August 15, 2025, has unfortunately been permanently canceled. Today we received the official cancellation and a press release from the concert organizer, ARIVATI Entertainment UG, represented by insolvency administrator Christian Stunz of the law firm Justask in Dresden.
We are very disappointed that we will not be able to perform in Schwerin and hope to make up for it on another occasion. We are especially sorry for all the fans who purchased tickets and may also have planned a trip to attend the show.
Please contact the ticket outlet or ticket provider where you purchased your tickets for information on refunds.
A heartfelt thank-you goes out to our crew and partners, who are now losing a firmly scheduled engagement and a valuable date in the summer concert calendar. We would like to extend special thanks to our booking agency, Protain Concerts, which did everything possible over the past two weeks to save the concert – but in most cases received no response from those responsible.
We would also like to thank Sebastian Glanz and his team from Pappelpark, who tried to make the event happen, but unfortunately, due to the current situation, this was not possible.
Our planned concert in Neubrandenburg on September 5, 2025 – along with several other events by other artists – is also organized by ARIVATI Entertainment UG. Unfortunately, we do not yet have any definitive information on this. As soon as we know more, we will inform you immediately via our usual channels.
Press release:
ARIVATI Entertainment UG (limited liability) from Görlitz files for insolvency; the execution of the planned events and concerts is being reviewed by the provisional insolvency administrator
The concert industry, including event organizers, has been in a difficult situation for years and is struggling with significant challenges. Causes include the effects of the so-called Corona pandemic, rising costs, and changes in visitor behavior. Many organizers are fighting for survival, especially smaller and independent ones.
Against this background, ARIVATI Entertainment UG (limited liability) from Görlitz has recently been forced to file for the opening of insolvency proceedings with the competent Local Court of Dresden.
Managing Director Mr. Werner stated: Due to steadily rising costs in recent years, we were no longer able to carry out events and concerts on a cost-covering basis. By filing for insolvency, we aim to stabilize business operations and to restructure and reorganize the company both in terms of performance and finances.
The Local Court of Dresden therefore ordered provisional insolvency proceedings on July 29, 2025, and appointed attorney Christian Stunz, who specializes in the restructuring and reorganization of companies and is part of the nationwide insolvency administration law firm justask, as provisional insolvency administrator.
Stunz on the current situation: ARIVATI Entertainment UG (limited liability) has initiated a restructuring and reorganization process. The goal is to preserve and rehabilitate the company through restructuring, or alternatively to transfer the business operations to a new legal entity. The liquidity requirements for the intended continuation and for carrying out the already planned events are currently being determined. In this context, discussions are also being held with all parties involved, namely and in particular the artists, bands, and their agencies, regarding contributions to the restructuring. Despite the clearly evident willingness to make such contributions – such as partial waivers of already agreed fees – a concert by the band Camouflage, scheduled for August 15, 2025, in Schwerin, has already had to be canceled, a decision deeply regretted by both the management of ARIVATI Entertainment UG (limited liability) and the band and its management. Above all, the band itself was willing to grant substantial reductions on the agreed fee in order to still ensure the planned concert for their fans. Nevertheless, given the short time frame, it was no longer economically feasible to organize the event. Intensive negotiations with all parties involved are currently underway to enable the remaining planned events to take place.
In this respect, the provisional insolvency administrator is cautiously optimistic that these efforts will soon lead to clarity and planning security. The management and the provisional insolvency administrator will provide reports and information on the progress of the matter without being requested to do so.
